Reunion with Owner Through Mobile Phone Call

"Shortly after the bag was secured, a call came through on the mobile phone found inside," explained a police officer from the Shyam Nagar station. "The caller was informed about the recovery and instructed to come to the police station for verification."

The owner, identified as Rita Mishra, a resident of Katewa Nagar, promptly arrived at the station. She recounted that she was en route to Bikaner with her children to attend a wedding ceremony. In the process of assisting her children into an auto-rickshaw, the bag had accidentally fallen and been left behind unnoticed.
