Rupendra Pal (32), Anurag Pal (32), and Sumit Pal (30), all from Jugrajpur village, were traveling on a single motorcycle. As they made their way home, a massive 22-wheeler trailer approaching from the Shivli side collided with their bike with tremendous force.
The impact was severe, leaving all three men with critical injuries. The truck driver, in a cowardly act, immediately fled the scene, abandoning the victims. Rupendra was rushed to the district hospital in Akbarpur, where medical professionals declared him dead upon arrival. Anurag and Sumit were admitted to Hallet Hospital for emergency treatment.
Despite medical efforts, Anurag passed away within hours of admission. Sumit fought for his life for approximately 36 hours before tragically succumbing to his injuries on Monday night, bringing the final death count to three.

- Financial compensation of Rs 15 lakh for each of the three bereaved families
