Fitness Influencer Kyle Divine Faces Serious Allegations
Kyle Divine, the popular fitness content creator behind the "Kaizen DIY Gym" online channel, was taken into custody on November 26 following disturbing allegations made by his 16-year-old stepdaughter. The arrest has sent shockwaves through his substantial online following of over 113,000 Instagram followers and nearly 50,000 TikTok fans.
How the Allegations Surfaced Online
The case came to public attention through a viral Instagram post on Divine's official handle @kaizendiygym. Someone shared a screen recording showing a chat conversation with Rainn, the national sexual violence hotline. The chat revealed that Divine's teenage stepdaughter had reported being repeatedly assaulted and given drugs by her stepfather.
A pinned comment on the controversial post identified the uploader as Divine's wife, who claimed she discovered the disturbing chat on her daughter's phone. This revelation sparked immediate concern and outrage across social media platforms, with many followers questioning the authenticity of the claims.
Official Confirmation and Serious Charges
Doubts about the arrest were quickly put to rest when an inmate record for Brian Kyle Divine appeared on the official Indianapolis and Marion County government website. User John Dorsey (@goob_u2) shared what appeared to be official documentation that matched the county records.
The records confirmed Divine faces two serious charges: a class A misdemeanor for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a more severe level 6 felony for "Child Seduction – Guardian/Adoptive/Step-Parent Fondle/Touch – Child 16–17".
Business Consequences and Industry Reaction
As the news spread, Fringe Sport CEO PK took to Facebook in a video statement confirming he had reviewed the official arrest report. He announced that Fringe Sport would immediately terminate all business relationships with Kyle Divine, despite Divine's significant contribution to developing the company's Mammoth Belt Squat product.
PK made a heartfelt appeal to the online community, asking people to "stay respectful toward the victims and not create more harm through online fights or angry posts." This swift action demonstrates the serious nature of the allegations and the company's zero-tolerance policy toward such matters.
Kyle Divine remains in custody at the Marion County Adult Processing Center (APC) with his first court appearance scheduled for December 2, 2025. The case continues to develop as more information becomes available, leaving the fitness community awaiting further legal proceedings.
