Resource person Rajat Handa, panel advocate, DLSA Panchkula, spoke on digital literacy and the use of e-courts and online legal services. Ghanghas also informed participants about the Supreme Court's special Lok Adalats and the "Samadhan Samaroh" initiative, aimed at promoting mediation and reducing case pendency.

These Lok Adalats provide an opportunity for amicable settlement of cheque bounce disputes, saving time and costs for litigants. The DLSA urged parties involved in such cases to avail the benefit of these special sittings. Further details can be obtained from the DLSA office in Panchkula.
