Instead, he took her to a deserted area, dragged her into a wheat field, and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the scene. The girl was left severely injured and was later found crying near a school during a search by her family members.

Police Response and Investigation

Siwan Superintendent of Police Puran Kumar Jha stated that the immediate priority was to ensure the victim received urgent medical care. She was taken to a government hospital with a woman police officer for treatment. A forensic science team visited the crime spot, collected blood samples and other evidence, and questioned local residents to gather crucial information.
