Trichy Burglars Target KK Nagar Homes in Triple Break-in
Burglars struck three houses in KK Nagar, Trichy, making off with valuable items. The thieves stole gold jewellery weighing more than seven sovereigns and two laptops during the incidents.
Incident Discovery After Family Trip
S Kalaivani, a 37-year-old resident of Udaiyanpatti in KK Nagar, discovered the break-in upon her return from a family trip to Tiruchendur. Her neighbour informed her about the burglary on January 17. Kalaivani rushed back to Trichy immediately.
She found her house broken open. Four gold rings weighing approximately one sovereign were missing from a bureau inside her home.
Nearby Houses Also Targeted
Police confirmed that the burglars targeted two other houses in the same locality. They broke open door locks to enter these homes.
The house belonging to Natarajan was one of the targets. Burglars stole a laptop from Natarajan's residence.
Kavitha's house was the third target. From this property, thieves took six sovereigns and three grams of gold jewellery. They also stole a laptop from Kavitha's home.

KK Nagar police station registered a case regarding these burglaries. Officers are currently investigating the triple break-in.
