The deceased have been identified as Raju (35) and Ramesh (30), both hailing from Andhra Pradesh. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, where their condition is reported to be stable.

The accident occurred at a construction site in Bommashettihalli, where a retaining wall suddenly gave way, trapping the workers under the debris.
