A tragic road accident in Gujarat's Vadodara claimed eight lives and left 26 others injured late Tuesday night. The incident occurred when a private bus traveling from Rajasthan crashed into a parked truck near Kotambi Stadium.

According to police officials, the truck driver had stopped the vehicle on the roadside to check tyre pressure when the speeding bus collided with it from the rear. The impact was severe, causing extensive damage to the front of the bus.
Casualties and Rescue Operations
Eight people were declared dead at the scene, while 26 injured passengers were rushed to nearby hospitals. Authorities reported that several victims are in critical condition. Rescue teams and ambulances arrived promptly to assist the injured.
