PM Modi Hails Nitin Nabin as Boss, Attacks Congress and Urban Naxals

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed pride in being a BJP worker. He declared newly elected party president Nitin Nabin as his boss. Modi made these remarks during a conversation with Nabin in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Modi's Praise for Millennial President

Modi highlighted Nabin's youth and organizational experience. He called Nabin a millennial who has witnessed India's social and technological changes. The Prime Minister said Nabin's generation has seen both radio and artificial intelligence.

"Nitinji is himself, as they say these days, a millennial," Modi stated. "He has the energy of youth along with vast organisational experience."

Modi emphasized that Nabin's responsibility extends beyond serving the BJP. He must coordinate with NDA allies as well. The Prime Minister noted Nabin's simplicity and proven track record in various roles.

Criticism of Congress and Dynastic Politics

Modi launched a sharp attack on the Congress party. He accused it of practicing dynastic politics that blocks opportunities for youth without political lineage.

"Jo Congress ki buraiyon se bachega, wahi desh mein aage badhega," Modi said. This translates to "Only those who save themselves from the ills of the Congress will progress in the country."

The Prime Minister contrasted the BJP's approach with Congress's decline. He noted that Congress never analyzes its defeats because doing so would question the controlling family.

Warning Against Urban Naxals

Modi identified urban Naxals as a serious threat to the nation. He said they attempt to make the BJP and its supporters untouchable.

"They continue to conspire," Modi warned. "We must defeat them through the strength of our organisation and ideology."

The Prime Minister also addressed the issue of infiltration and demographic change. He stated that India cannot allow infiltrators to snatch rights from its youth.

BJP's Journey and Future Vision

Modi recalled the BJP's evolution from the Jana Sangh to becoming the world's largest political party. He highlighted key achievements under different presidents:

  • Majority win under Rajnath Singh's leadership
  • Expansion to many states under Amit Shah
  • Third term victory under J P Nadda

The Prime Minister emphasized that the BJP turns regional aspirations into national ambitions. He noted the party's growth in various states including Haryana, Assam, Odisha, and West Bengal.

Development Initiatives and Social Justice

Modi highlighted several development programs initiated by his government:

  1. Jal Jeevan Mission connecting over 12 crore families with tap water
  2. LPG connections growing from 14 crore in 2014 to over 33 crore today
  3. PM Janman Yojana helping backward tribal communities

He stated that the BJP has truly followed the path of social justice by taking governance to the poor.

Nabin's Response and Future Plans

Nitin Nabin thanked the party leadership for making an ordinary worker the BJP president. He recalled being impressed by Modi's listening skills during a program in Anand, Gujarat.

Nabin invoked the legacy of his home region, mentioning Buddha, Emperor Ashoka, and socialist icons. He highlighted positive changes in Kashmir after Article 370's abrogation.

The new president called upon youth to participate in constructive politics. He urged party workers to work tirelessly for the Viksit Bharat vision. Nabin emphasized preparing for upcoming Assembly elections in several states.

"When we talk about Somnath today, the Opposition has a problem," Nabin said. "Such forces must be defeated."

Both leaders emphasized the importance of the next 25 years for India's development. They expressed confidence in achieving the goal of a developed nation by 2047.
