Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday extended birthday greetings to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and reaffirmed the two parties' joint commitment to social justice through the PDA (Pichhda, Dalit and Alpsankhyak) alliance. Akhilesh Yadav was born on July 1, 1973, in Saifai, Uttar Pradesh, to Mulayam Singh Yadav and Malti Devi. He studied at Dholpur Military School in Rajasthan, earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Mysore, and completed a master’s degree in the same field from the University of Sydney, Australia.
