West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has issued a stern warning to those involved in the storming of Falta police station, asserting that they will not be spared. The attack aimed to free TMC leader Jahangir Khan, who was in custody. Eight individuals have been apprehended so far in connection with the incident.
Police Identify Mastermind
According to officials, the police have identified Khan's wife as the alleged mastermind behind the assault on the police station. Investigations are ongoing to uncover the full extent of the conspiracy.
Adhikari's Strong Response
Speaking to the media, Adhikari emphasized that law and order will be maintained at all costs. He stated, "Those who attempted to breach the police station and free a criminal will face the full force of the law. No one will be allowed to take the law into their own hands."
The incident has sparked political tensions in the state, with the BJP-led government vowing to crack down on any attempts to undermine the police.
