Family Alleges Leave Denial for Daughter's Wedding Led to Despair

According to family members, Akhilesh Kumar Savita was profoundly upset after being denied leave for his daughter's wedding scheduled for March 8. They claimed that the overwhelming work responsibilities and the inability to attend to his daughter's wedding preparations pushed him to take this extreme step. The family further alleged that he left a suicide note, explicitly stating that he was overwhelmed by his official duties, which had left the wedding arrangements incomplete.

Police Investigation Underway to Uncover Sequence of Events

Fatehpur ASP MP Singh informed TOI that authorities are actively probing the sequence of events that led to the BLO's suicide. He emphasized, "The victim was cremated on Sunday, and police are compiling all facts and evidence regarding the incident." The case came to light on Saturday when an acquaintance discovered the BLO hanging at the school premises. The individual immediately alerted the family, who rushed him to a nearby hospital, but he was declared dead upon arrival.
