Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh BJP president Pankaj Chaudhary on Tuesday emphasized the need for systematic and planned work to secure the party's victory at every booth in the state for the 2027 Assembly elections. Chairing a meeting of state office-bearers, regional presidents, district presidents, and district in-charges, Chaudhary outlined a dual strategy: in booths where the BJP previously succeeded, efforts should focus on increasing the victory margin; in weaker booths, special attention is required to transform them into strongholds favorable to the party.
Key Directives for Party Workers
Chaudhary urged workers to work with the firm resolve to achieve a victory in 2027 that surpasses the success of 2017. He stressed that the top priority must be effective strategies, coordination, and a collective spirit, while fully harnessing the potential of every party worker at the booth level. The party's robust organizational structure, including mandal, booth, and Shakti Kendra units, should be leveraged to achieve this goal.
Countering Opposition Tactics
Chaudhary criticized the opposition, stating they lack substantive issues, policies, programs, or action plans. “They do not even have a vision for the public interest,” he said, accusing them of resorting to lies, confusion, and creating a ruckus. He called on party workers to remain vigilant and go door-to-door to expose every falsehood propagated by the opposition. This task, he affirmed, can only be accomplished through the robust organizational structure of the mandal, booth, and Shakti Kendra units.

State general secretary (organisation) Dharampal Singh underscored the need for regular monthly meetings at the district, mandal, and Shakti Kendra levels to ensure effective coordination and implementation of strategies.
