CM Inaugurates Academy Preserving Centuries-Old Manuscripts
Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar inaugurated the Sayyid Muhammad Gesudaraz Research Academy on 10 July 2026. During the event, he viewed rare Arabic, Persian and Dakhni Urdu manuscripts, centuries-old handwritten documents and a rare copy of the holy Quran written on silk cloth preserved at the academy.
