The tragedy occurred around 5 pm in the Aurangabad Jagir locality, where the young girl, identified as Vaishnavi, daughter of Suraj Rajput, was playing with her younger sister and other children near their family home. According to family members, Vaishnavi had stepped out to enjoy some playtime when, during the course of the game, a cricket bat accidentally hit her directly in the chest.
The impact caused her to collapse immediately and fall unconscious on the ground. Witnessing this alarming scene, the other children present at the spot quickly alerted family members, who rushed to find Vaishnavi lying motionless.

In a state of panic, relatives immediately transported the unconscious girl to Lokbandhu Hospital for urgent medical attention. Despite their swift actions, doctors at the hospital examined Vaishnavi and tragically declared her brought dead upon arrival, leaving the family in utter shock and despair.

Family members revealed that Vaishnavi was a Class IV student and the eldest of two sisters in the household, which also includes a four-month-old baby boy. Her sudden and unexpected death has left the entire family devastated, with the household plunged into profound grief.
