DSP Fateh Singh Brar addressed the media, describing the incident as "highly condemnable" and assuring that CCTV footage from the vicinity is being thoroughly examined to identify the perpetrators.
"The culprits will be apprehended soon. We appeal to people to maintain peace," stated DSP Brar, emphasizing the importance of calm in the community. Police have registered a case at the Samana city police station under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. As of Tuesday evening, no arrests had been made in connection with the incident.
