- Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL): Undertook the largest share with projects worth Rs 147.5 crore, focusing on power infrastructure enhancement.
- Public Works Department: Initiated 14 projects costing Rs 78.4 crore for road and building infrastructure.
- Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC): Accounted for Rs 70 crore in projects, supplemented by five additional works worth Rs 23.7 crore.
- Minor Irrigation and Groundwater Development Department: Launched five projects valued at Rs 16.3 crore to improve water resources.
- Nirmithi Kendra: Commenced 29 works totaling Rs 16 crore, primarily focusing on cost-effective construction technologies.

Several other government departments contributed to this development initiative:
- Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIRDCL): Undertook 33 projects costing Rs 13.1 crore for industrial infrastructure.
- Backward Classes Welfare Department: Initiated a dedicated project worth Rs 5 crore for community development.
- Hunsur Forest Division: Launched an environmental project valued at Rs 2.1 crore.
- Animal Husbandry Department: Commenced three projects worth Rs 1.5 crore to support livestock and veterinary services.

- Eight works under the Harangi subdivision costing Rs 38.4 crore
- One project worth Rs 6 crore under the Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department
- Two projects worth Rs 90 lakh under the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Department
- Three works worth Rs 66 lakh under the Panchayat Raj Engineering Division
