In a tragic incident in Varanasi, a 50-year-old woman died after falling from the seventh floor of Awadh Apartment, located in the Shivpur police station area, on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Seema Sinha, according to ACP Cantt Apoorv Pandey.

Her family members revealed that Seema Sinha was staying in Varanasi for treatment of long-term depression. They stated that despite receiving the best medical efforts, her condition did not show any improvement over time. Her husband, Pankaj Kumar, is posted as a settlement officer in Sultanpur, adding to the family's distress during this difficult period.

Reports indicate that the incident occurred around 4 am when Seema Sinha allegedly opened her flat door and jumped from the seventh floor. Residents of the apartment building were alerted by the commotion and immediately informed her family.
