Woman Lures Lover to Home, Kills Him with Husband in Kanpur

In a shocking incident in Kanpur, a 27-year-old woman allegedly lured her lover to her matrimonial home and, in collusion with her husband, murdered him. The crime took place in Manki Khurd, Hamirpur district, after which the body was concealed in bushes at Tahrapur under the Reuna police station area.

Victim and Accused Identified

The victim has been identified as Vijay Nishad (25), son of Indrapal Nishad, a resident of Tikra village in Fatehpur district. The accused are the woman, Kiran, and her husband, Kamta Nishad (32). Police revealed that Vijay and Kiran were in a romantic relationship, which Kamta had discovered.

Sequence of Events

On May 8, Kiran called Vijay and asked him to meet her. They spoke approximately five times over the phone. When Vijay arrived at Kiran's matrimonial home in Manki Khurd, Kiran and her husband Kamta murdered him inside a room. The body was later dumped in bushes in the Reuna police station area.

Investigation and Arrests

The victim's family filed a complaint at Bakewar police station in Fatehpur, expressing suspicion of murder. Police examined the youth's call details and CDR, which led to the uncovering of the crime. A forensic team was summoned, and the body was sent for post-mortem examination. The husband and wife were taken into custody and are being interrogated.

Bakewar police station in-charge Tushar Shrivastava stated that Kamta Nishad confessed to the crime during intensive interrogation. Based on his identification, the remains of the body were recovered from the bushes. Reuna police summoned the forensic team to collect evidence from the crime scene and sent the bodily remains for post-mortem examination.

Woman's Statement

Kiran stated that her lover told her in front of her husband, "You cannot deceive me, you have called me here to kill me," and then began attacking her husband. Following this, she conspired with her husband to murder her lover.

Reuna police station in-charge Anuj Rajput stated that further action is being carried out by Bakewar police. The accused remain in custody as the investigation continues.
