In a decisive move to combat illegal mining, authorities in Yamunanagar district have intensified their crackdown, resulting in the impoundment of multiple vehicles and the imposition of substantial fines over a three-day period. The mobile mining team, operating under vigilant supervision, has seized a tractor-trolley and three tippers allegedly engaged in unlawful extraction activities.
Strict Action and Financial Penalties Enforced

High-Level Supervision and Continuous Monitoring
SDM Jaspal Singh Gill, who oversees the mobile mining team, emphasized that the operations are being conducted under the direct orders of Deputy Commissioner Preeti.
