The Inter-School DeadLift Championship for boys and girls concluded on Monday at Seth Moti Lal Khedia Sanatan Dharma Inter College in Vishnupuri, Kanpur. Oxford Model Senior Secondary School emerged as the overall champion of the event.
Top Performances and Awards
Host school Motilal Khedia secured the runner-up position, while Adarsh Education Centre finished third. Alok Chaurasia from Air Force School and Ozal Bajpai from Chintels School were named the best lifters in the boys' and girls' categories, respectively.
Chief Guest's Remarks
Chief guest Suman Chandola, principal of the host school, presented trophies and medals to the winners. She emphasized that sports contribute not only to physical development but also to building confidence and leadership skills among students.
