The autopsy report mentioned that they visited his residence and confiscated approximately 40 pills, described as probably Adderall, after he exhibited an altered mental status during an online streaming session. Additionally, the autopsy revealed that Naroditsky had a pre-existing medical condition known as systemic sarcoidosis, which was identified as the underlying cause of death.
