Reflecting on his ton in the semifinal, Ravichandran rated it highly. "It's right up there. This is my first Ranji Trophy semifinal game, and it holds special significance," he remarked. The strategy behind Karnataka's imposing total was straightforward: bat long to wear down the pitch and challenge Uttarakhand in their reply. "There was no specific target; we aimed to bat extensively so the wicket deteriorates, making it harder for them later. We need another five wickets, and I'm confident we can get them in the first session tomorrow," he added.

Playing alongside national team stalwarts has been an invaluable experience for Ravichandran. "There's a lot of learning," he acknowledged. "It's rare to find a state side with four players who have represented the country in Test matches. The dressing room discussions, both on and off the field, provide numerous insights. With Karnataka in a commanding position, Ravichandran emphasized the importance of winning the Ranji Trophy, a title the team hasn't claimed in ten years. "It's everything right now because we've not won for a decade. It's been a long wait," he said, expressing hope to play the final at their home ground. Looking ahead, his immediate focus is on securing the trophy, followed by the upcoming IPL season. "Right now, winning the Ranji Trophy is the priority. I'm also looking forward to the IPL and contributing to my team's success there. We'll see where that takes me," he concluded.
