Selection Process

The examination will be conducted for a duration of three hours. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. Questions left unanswered will not attract any penalty.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,180. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) categories, as well as Coal India employees and employees of its subsidiaries, are exempted from paying the application fee.
