The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has initiated the registration process for the Term-End Examination (TEE) June 2026, specifically for students enrolled under the e-VidyaBharti scheme. Eligible candidates can now submit their examination forms, project reports, and applications for practical examinations through the university's official student portal.

Registration Deadline and Late Fee

Students can complete the registration process without incurring any late fee until June 15, 2026. It is advisable to register well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues.

Exam Schedule

According to the university's schedule, the June 2026 Term-End Examination for e-VidyaBharti students will be conducted in a remote-proctored mode from June 22 to July 17, 2026. Candidates are required to submit their examination forms through the Samarth student portal within the prescribed deadline.

Mandatory ABC ID

IGNOU has advised all students to create an Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID while filling out the examination form. The university stated that students who do not create an ABC ID may face delays in the declaration of results, and their marks may not be reflected in the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) system or DigiLocker.

Examination Fee Structure

The examination fee varies depending on the admission cycle and course type. For students admitted up to December 2022, the fee for theory, practical, and laboratory courses is Rs 200 per course. For students admitted from January 2023 onwards, the fee structure is as follows:

  • Theory course: Rs 200 per course
  • Practical course (up to 4 credits): Rs 300 per course
  • Practical course (more than 4 credits): Rs 500 per course
  • Project work (up to 4 credits): Rs 300 per project
  • Project work (more than 4 credits): Rs 500 per project

Eligibility Criteria

Students enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, postgraduate diploma, certificate, and semester-based programs can apply for the examination, provided their program validity remains active. Before submitting the examination form, candidates should ensure that:

  • Their course registration is valid.
  • All required assignments have been submitted.
  • They have completed the minimum duration prescribed for their program.

Hall Ticket Details

IGNOU will release the June 2026 Term-End Examination hall tickets approximately one week before the commencement of the examinations. Students will be able to download their hall tickets, along with details related to project and practical examinations, through the university's student portal.

For direct application, candidates can visit the official IGNOU student portal. It is recommended to complete the registration process well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.
