Mumbai: Reliance Foundation's chairperson Nita Ambani announced that the organization has received approval from the Maharashtra government to establish a private university in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. The announcement was made during Reliance Industries' annual general meeting.
University Campus Details
The university campus will be built on a 410-acre site in Dronagiri. It will house seven schools dedicated to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. The schools will cover diverse fields including engineering and computing; management and entrepreneurship; law, governance and policy; humanities and social sciences; medical science and public health; architecture and urban planning; and education.
