Indian Railways has announced the operation of special trains in Madhya Pradesh for students appearing for the NEET re-exam scheduled on June 20, 2026. The decision comes after requests from students and parents to ensure smooth travel to exam centers.

Routes and Timings

The special trains will run on major routes connecting cities like Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Ujjain. Key details include:

  • Bhopal to Indore: Train 02101 will depart at 5:00 AM, reaching Indore at 9:30 AM.
  • Indore to Bhopal: Train 02102 will depart at 4:00 PM, reaching Bhopal at 8:30 PM.
  • Jabalpur to Gwalior: Train 02103 will depart at 6:00 AM, arriving at 11:00 AM.
  • Gwalior to Jabalpur: Train 02104 will depart at 3:00 PM, arriving at 8:00 PM.
  • Ujjain to Bhopal: Train 02105 will depart at 5:30 AM, reaching at 9:00 AM.

Additional Services

Railways will also run extra coaches on regular trains to accommodate more students. Passengers are advised to book tickets early via IRCTC or at railway stations.

Important Instructions

Students must carry their NEET admit card and a valid ID proof while traveling. Special counters will be set up at major stations for quick boarding. Railways has also arranged for medical assistance and drinking water at platforms.

The NEET re-exam was necessitated due to irregularities in the original exam held in May 2026. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the re-exam at designated centers across the state.
