Passenger Experience Enhancement

Kuntal Bhattacharjee, officer-in-charge of Rupsi Airport, told TOI that the airport staff regard passengers as God and feel happy to serve them with a smile. Providing a satisfying flight experience is their primary goal, he said.

“Currently, Alliance Air operates a flight from Rupsi Airport to limited cities like Kolkata and Guwahati. But there is a future plan to connect more cities in the northeast,” Bhattacharjee added.

He also noted that in the coming days, Rupsi Airport will be crucial due to its proximity to international and inter-state borders.
