Indian National Among 'Worst of Worst' Criminals Listed by US Homeland Security
Indian on US 'Worst of Worst' Criminal List

The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added Indian national Lubana Singh to its 'Worst of Worst' list of criminal illegal aliens, along with 5,000 other individuals, expanding the total to over 35,000. Singh, described as a criminal illegal alien from India, was arrested in Milan, Michigan. His criminal history includes charges related to synthetic narcotics, sale of dangerous drugs, and other drug offenses, according to the department.

Background of the 'Worst of Worst' List

The DHS initiated this list on December 8, 2025, and launched a dedicated website to make the information publicly accessible. The platform allows visitors to search through a subset of hundreds of thousands of dangerous, criminal illegal aliens who have been arrested across all 50 states. The criminal histories of those listed include serious offenses such as homicide, sex offenses against children, driving under the influence, aggravated assault, hit and run, drug possession, and arson.

Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis stated, 'To continue the Trump Administration’s mission of transparency with the American people, DHS has added another 5,000 criminal illegal aliens to the Worst of the Worst website. With this webpage, the American people can search through the criminals that we’ve arrested in their communities. Criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE include murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members. If you see an ICE law enforcement officer, thank them for removing these thugs from your neighborhoods.'
