A devastating storm accompanied by heavy rain has wreaked havoc across Uttar Pradesh, claiming at least 111 lives and leaving 72 others injured. The state government has initiated relief operations, with authorities closely monitoring the situation in coordination with district officials.

Government Response
The commissioner's office confirmed that relief funds have been made available to affected districts. District magistrates have been directed to expedite rescue and relief efforts.
