IndianOil has introduced an express home delivery service for its popular 5-kg Chhotu LPG cylinder, ensuring delivery within four hours of booking. The service also covers 10-kg cylinders, offering faster refills to customers across select locations.

During a recent event, the Chairman of IndianOil launched the initiative, highlighting the convenience for households and small businesses. The 5-kg Chhotu cylinder, widely used for camping, small kitchens, and heating, will now be prioritized for quick dispatch. Booking can be made through the IndianOil mobile app or helpline, with deliveries coordinated by local distributors.
The move aims to reduce wait times and improve customer satisfaction, especially during high-demand periods. IndianOil, as the country's largest LPG supplier, continues to enhance its distribution network. The express service is initially available in select urban areas, with plans for nationwide expansion.
According to a company statement, the initiative aligns with digital transformation goals, leveraging real-time inventory tracking and route optimization. Customers are advised to keep their consumer number handy for faster processing.
