UK's GI Outsourcing Establishes AI-First Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad
Hyderabad has welcomed a significant addition to its business landscape with the launch of a new AI-first Global Capability Centre (GCC) by UK-based accountants outsourcing firm GI Outsourcing. This strategic facility has been established in partnership with Enablr, the GCC enablement company under Covasant, marking a notable expansion of GI Outsourcing's operations in India.
Strategic Expansion and Employment Growth
The newly inaugurated GCC in Hyderabad is designed to bolster GI Outsourcing's service delivery for its UK and global clientele. Currently, the centre employs 50 professionals, with ambitious plans to scale up to 100 employees within the next year. Looking further ahead, the company aims to add an additional 100 roles by 2028, bringing the total workforce at the Hyderabad facility to 200 employees. This growth trajectory underscores the firm's commitment to leveraging India's talent pool for long-term operational success.
Complementing Existing Operations and Talent Utilization
This Hyderabad GCC will complement GI Outsourcing's existing delivery centres located in Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad. According to the company, the site is strategically positioned as a delivery hub that will tap into Hyderabad's rich reservoir of finance and accounting talent. This move is aimed at enhancing service quality for its international client base while maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency.
