GGL Reduces CNG & PNG Prices for Republic Day

Green Gas Limited Announces Republic Day Price Reduction for CNG and PNG

In a welcome move for consumers, Green Gas Limited (GGL) has extended a Republic Day gift by announcing a significant reduction in the prices of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG). This initiative is set to benefit residents across multiple districts, including Lucknow, Agra, Unnao, Ayodhya, and Sultanpur, providing direct financial relief to households and vehicle owners.

Revised CNG and PNG Rates Effective from January 26

The new pricing structure comes into effect from Monday, January 26, marking a timely gesture during the Republic Day celebrations. For CNG, the price has been reduced by Rs 0.25 per kilogram in all operational cities. Specifically, the revised CNG price will be Rs 95.75 per kg in Lucknow and Agra, while consumers in Unnao, Ayodhya, and Sultanpur will enjoy a lower rate of Rs 94 per kg.

Direct Savings for Households with PNG Price Cut

In addition to the CNG reduction, Domestic PNG prices have been lowered by Rs 0.50 per standard cubic meter (SCM), offering substantial savings to households. Under the new rates, PNG will now cost Rs 56.50 in Lucknow and Agra, Rs 56 in Unnao, and Rs 57.50 in Ayodhya and Sultanpur. This price adjustment is expected to ease the financial burden on families, especially in the current economic climate.

The announcement by Green Gas Limited highlights the company's commitment to supporting its customers during festive occasions. By reducing fuel costs, GGL aims to enhance affordability and promote the use of cleaner energy sources across the region. This move is likely to be appreciated by consumers who rely on CNG for transportation and PNG for domestic cooking and heating needs.
