A devastating fire erupted at a chemical factory in Pataudi, Gurugram, on Wednesday, completely destroying the facility. Fortunately, no casualties were reported as all workers managed to evacuate the premises safely. The blaze, which began in the early afternoon, quickly spread due to the presence of highly flammable chemicals stored at the site.
Fire Breaks Out at Chemical Plant
The fire started in the manufacturing unit of the factory, located in the industrial area of Pataudi. Thick plumes of black smoke were visible from several kilometers away, causing panic among nearby residents. Local authorities were alerted immediately, and multiple fire tenders were rushed to the spot to control the flames.
Evacuation and Safety Measures
Workers at the factory reported hearing a loud explosion before the fire broke out. They quickly evacuated the building, and no injuries were reported. The factory management confirmed that all employees were accounted for. The fire department officials stated that the quick evacuation prevented any loss of life.
