MG Motor India Unveils New Majestor SUV in the Indian Market
MG Motor India has officially launched the new MG Majestor SUV, marking its entry into the premium SUV segment. The vehicle, which was first showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, represents a heavily updated and enhanced version of the Gloster model. This launch is set to intensify competition in the luxury SUV market, targeting discerning customers seeking advanced features and robust performance.
Pre-Booking Details and Launch Timeline
Interested customers can now pre-book the Majestor either online or by visiting their nearest MG dealership, starting today with a payment of Rs 41,000. The company has announced that it will reveal the official prices and commence showroom previews and test drives from April 2026. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in May 2026, ensuring a timely rollout for early adopters.
As a special incentive, the first 3,000 customers to pre-book the Majestor will receive a complimentary package. This package includes a five-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, five years of roadside assistance, and a five-year labour-free service contract, adding significant value to the purchase.

Upon its launch, the new Majestor is expected to be priced from around Rs 40 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it as a direct rival to the Toyota Fortuner Legender.
