Bihar Board D.El.Ed 2026 Dummy Admit Card Correction Window

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued detailed guidelines for correcting errors in dummy admit cards related to the online examination application forms submitted for the D.El.Ed (Face-to-Face) Examination, 2026. This notice applies to government and private teacher training institutes recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated with the board.

According to Advertisement No. PR 124/2026, dummy admit cards for examination application forms submitted online between May 15 and May 30 have been made available on the board's official portal for verification and correction. The correction facility will remain accessible from June 2 to June 6.

Dummy Admit Cards Available for Verification

BSEB has directed principals of affiliated institutions to download the dummy admit cards of their students in three copies from the official portal. Two signed and sealed copies must be handed over to the concerned students, while one copy is to be retained in the institution's records for documentation purposes.

Students have been instructed to carefully examine all details printed on the dummy admit card. The board has stated that corrections may be required in entries such as the student's name, mother's name, father's name, subject, gender, disability category, religion, photograph, and signature. Any discrepancies must be identified promptly.

Correction Process Through Institutions

If any discrepancy is identified, students must mark the required corrections on the dummy admit card, sign it, and submit it to the principal of their institution. The principal will then verify the information against college records before making corrections on the board's official portal. The board has clarified that corrections will be permitted only during the notified period from June 2 to June 6. No additional opportunity for rectification of errors will be provided after the deadline expires.

Pending Applications and Fee Submission Window

In continuation of earlier notifications PR 107/2026 and PR 115/2026, BSEB has also opened a special window for institutions that could not complete application submission despite depositing examination fees within the prescribed period. This facility is also available for institutions that have not yet submitted either the examination fee or application forms of eligible students.

Such institutions must complete both processes between June 2 and June 4. The board's portal will remain open during this period for this purpose. Dummy admit cards generated from applications submitted during this additional window will be uploaded for correction from June 5 to June 6.

BSEB has warned that students whose pending examination applications are not submitted within the stipulated period will not receive original admit cards. The board has placed responsibility for any resulting consequences on the concerned institution and the student.
