According to data released by ICAI, the pass percentage for the CA Final examination is as follows:
Group I
- Candidates appeared: 54,606
- Candidates passed: 6,555
- Pass percentage: 12%
Group II
- Candidates appeared: 42,573
- Candidates passed: 8,725
- Pass percentage: 20.49%
Both Groups
- Candidates appeared: 23,776
- Candidates passed: 3,345
- Pass percentage: 14.07%

Candidates can follow these steps to download their scorecards:
- Visit the official ICAI website.
- Click on the CA Final result link available on the homepage.
- Enter the roll number, registration number, and captcha code.
- Click on the submit button.
- The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference.
Passing Criteria for CA Final Examination
To qualify for the CA Final examination, candidates must score at least 40 marks in each subject and secure 50 percent marks in aggregate. Candidates obtaining 70 percent or more marks in aggregate are awarded the status of "Pass with Distinction". This achievement is also mentioned on their result cards.
The CA Final May 2026 examinations were conducted from May 2 to May 20, 2026. Along with the results, ICAI has also published the merit list and pass percentage details for candidates.
