The recruitment drive, conducted under Advertisement No. 02/ Review Officer/ Assistant Review Officer/ Computer Assistant/ 2026, aims to fill 543 vacancies in the court establishment.
Application Timeline and Eligibility
The notification was released on June 1, 2026, with online registration opening the same day. Eligible candidates who have not yet applied can complete the process via the prescribed online mode before the window closes. Applicants must hold a graduation degree and an ‘O’ Level computer course qualification. They must also demonstrate English typing speed of 25 words per minute and knowledge of computer operations.
Vacancy Distribution
Of the 543 vacancies, 138 are for Review Officer, 380 for Assistant Review Officer, and 25 for Computer Assistant. The High Court is conducting the recruitment for these posts.
Age Criteria and Application Fee
For RO and ARO posts, applicants must be aged 21 to 35 years. For the Computer Assistant post, the age requirement is 18 to 35 years. Age is calculated as of July 1, 2026. Upper age limit relaxation applies as per rules. The application fee is Rs 1,200 for General, Unreserved, and OBC candidates, and Rs 1,000 for SC, ST, and EWS candidates from Uttar Pradesh.
Selection Process and Important Dates
The selection includes a written examination followed by a skill test (typing and computer proficiency). Qualified candidates proceed to document verification and medical examination. The last date for online applications is June 21, 2026, while fee payment is available until June 22, 2026. A correction window is scheduled for June 24 and June 25, 2026.
