Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) is expected to release the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2026 admit card shortly for candidates seeking admission to various undergraduate programmes offered by the university. According to the PAU admission prospectus 2026-27, admit cards for all entrance examinations will be uploaded on the university website seven days before the conduct of the respective entrance test. Since the PAU CET 2026 is scheduled to be held on June 14, candidates can expect their hall tickets to be released on June 7.

How to Download PAU CET Admit Card 2026

Once released, candidates will be able to download their admit cards through the PAU admission portal, pau-apms.in, or the university website, pau.edu. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the PAU admission portal at pau-apms.in or the official website, pau.edu.
  2. Click on the link that reads 'Click here to download your Roll No.'
  3. Enter your Date of Birth and Unique Identification (UID) number.
  4. Submit the details.
  5. The admit card will appear on the screen.
  6. Download and print the hall ticket for future use.

PAU CET 2026 Exam Date and Timings

As per the admission schedule, the Common Entrance Test (CET) will be conducted on June 14, 2026, from 10 am to 1 pm. Candidates are advised to reach the examination centre well before the reporting time to avoid last-minute issues.

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must carry the following items to the examination centre:

  • Downloaded admit card with photograph and signature
  • Original Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Voter ID Card or Passport

The university has made it clear that candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre without a valid admit card and original photo identity proof.

Items Not Allowed Inside the Examination Hall

Students should avoid carrying the following items to the examination centre:

  • Mobile phones
  • Bluetooth devices
  • Headphones
  • Calculators
  • Smart watches or digital watches
  • Books and notebooks
  • Any electronic device or study material
  • Belts, bracelets, goggles and caps are also prohibited inside the examination hall.

Important Instructions for Candidates

PAU has advised candidates to report to the examination centre by 9 am. Entry will not be permitted after 10:15 am under any circumstances. Candidates should also visit their examination centre in advance, if possible, to avoid delays on the day of the test. Those facing difficulties while downloading the admit card may contact the Registrar's office at PAU, Ludhiana, at least two working days before the examination date.
