The event was meticulously organized by the National Sindhi Language Development Council, operating under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in collaboration with the Hemu Kalani Memorial Educational Institution. During his address, Ashok Anshwani emphasized that the true tribute to Hemu Kalani would be for the Government of India to confer upon him the prestigious Bharat Ratna title.
