In a significant exemption, candidates holding a Ph.D. degree are not required to have cleared the NET, SET, or SLET, as per the prevailing UGC regulations. This provision aims to attract highly qualified doctoral holders into the teaching profession.

Regarding age, the minimum limit for applicants is 21 years, while the upper age cap is 40 years. The commission will provide standard age relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), as per the rules established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Prospective applicants are advised to consult the official notification for precise category-wise relaxation details.

Application Process and Final Steps for Candidates

The entire application process will be conducted in online mode only. Interested individuals must visit the MPPSC's official website and complete the registration process within the stipulated timeframe. It is highly recommended that candidates keep all necessary academic documents, eligibility certificates, and personal details ready before starting the online form-filling process to avoid last-minute delays.

After submission, it remains the candidate's responsibility to regularly check the MPPSC website for any updates regarding application status, the release of examination schedules, admit cards, and information about subsequent stages of the selection process.
