The 52-member delegation was prominently led by Donkwan, the chairperson of the board of trustees for the Dongguk University Foundation, and Jaewoong Yun, the president of Dongguk University. Inauguration of Cultural Exhibition
The visit commenced with a ceremonial inauguration of a special exhibition featuring Thangka paintings and Buddhist artefacts. Donkwan formally inaugurated the exhibition, which showcased exquisite works created by the Korean monk Bhikshu Dovung, who was present at the event to share insights into the artistic and spiritual significance of the pieces.
