Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday announced the addition of 25 new centres under the state's Buniyaad Scheme, expanding the existing network of 103 centres to 128. The announcement was made during the Haryana Super-100 Felicitation Programme in Chandigarh, where Saini congratulated students for their achievements in the IIT-JEE examination.
Expansion of Buniyaad Scheme
The Buniyaad Scheme aims to provide quality academic guidance to talented students across Haryana. With the addition of 25 new centres, the state government seeks to ensure that more students can access the resources needed to excel in competitive exams. Saini emphasized that the scheme is designed to offer opportunities commensurate with students' abilities.
Super-100 Centre Gets 100 New Computers
In a separate announcement, the Chief Minister declared that the Super-100 Centre in Kurukshetra would receive 100 new computers. This move is expected to enhance the digital infrastructure at the centre, benefiting students preparing for engineering and other competitive exams. Union Minister for Power Manohar Lal Khattar was also present at the event.
Students' Achievements Highlighted
Saini praised the dedicated students of Haryana Super-100, stating that by clearing the IIT-JEE exam, they had demonstrated their ability to change the country's destiny. He also noted that girls featured prominently among the successful candidates, reflecting the state's commitment to gender equality in education.

The primary objective of the Buniyaad Scheme is to identify and nurture talent from all corners of the state. According to the Chief Minister, the expansion will enable more students to receive the guidance they need to compete at the national level.
