The event was formally opened by Karan Paul, the chairman, alongside Sumit Dasgupta, a trustee of Apeejay Schools, and Darryl Bloud, the CEO of the Apeejay Group of Schools. Furthermore, the Folria Fest, an inter-school event, was conducted on the school campus and at Gyan Manch. This competition included debates, quizzes, art, dance, drama, fashion shows, photography, and chess, showcasing the diverse talents of students from multiple institutions.
