DSSSB Announces Account Assistant Cum Cashier Tier-I Examination Results and E-Dossier Submission Process

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially released the marks obtained by candidates who appeared in the Tier-I written examination for the post of Account Assistant Cum Cashier under post code 14/24 in the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Ltd. In a significant development, the board has also issued a formal notice inviting provisionally shortlisted candidates to upload their comprehensive e-dossiers through the Online Application Registration System (OARS). This crucial step is subject to the fulfillment of all eligibility conditions and thorough verification of information submitted in the original application forms.

Recruitment Drive Details and Examination Overview

This recruitment initiative pertains to Advertisement No. 05/24, read in conjunction with a corrigendum dated July 8, 2025. The advertisement notified a total of 19 vacancies for the position. The category-wise breakdown of these posts is as follows: 10 unreserved posts, five OBC posts, two SC posts, one ST post, and one EWS post. It is important to note that reservations for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen candidates were included within these respective categories as per government norms.

The Tier-I written examination was conducted in online mode on August 27, 2025. According to the official notice, a total of 169 candidates appeared for this competitive examination. The marks obtained by all candidates have now been uploaded on the official website of DSSSB. Candidates can view their individual scores by logging into their personal accounts on the OARS module using their credentials.

Qualification Criteria and Provisional Shortlisting Process

As per the established Recruitment Rules, minimum qualifying marks were applicable exclusively to the domain-based Section-B of the examination. Notably, no minimum qualifying marks were prescribed for Section-A. However, for the preparation of the final merit list, the marks from both sections were combined and considered collectively.

Based on performance in the examination, candidates who secured the prescribed minimum marks have been provisionally shortlisted for the critical e-dossier upload phase. The category-wise shortlisting details and cut-off marks are as follows:

  • Unreserved Category: 24 candidates shortlisted against 10 vacancies, with a cut-off of 113.75 marks out of 200.
  • OBC Category: 21 candidates shortlisted against five vacancies, with a cut-off of 133.75 marks.
  • SC Category: Ten candidates shortlisted against two vacancies, with a cut-off of 81 marks.
  • ST Category: Two candidates shortlisted against one vacancy, with a cut-off of 109.75 marks.
  • EWS Category: Four candidates shortlisted against one vacancy, with a cut-off of 98.50 marks.

The notice also recorded a specific instance where two unreserved candidates secured equal prorated scores of 113.75 marks. In accordance with the advertisement provisions, the candidate with higher marks in Section-B was placed higher in the merit list and consequently shortlisted, demonstrating the board's adherence to tie-breaking rules.

E-Dossier Submission Timeline and Critical Instructions

Provisionally shortlisted candidates are now required to upload their essential documents through the dedicated e-dossier module. The documents include educational certificates, experience certificates, caste certificates, admit cards, and all other relevant supporting papers. The e-dossier submission link will be active for a specified period from February 12, 2026, to February 26, 2026.

The board has issued a stern warning that failure to upload the required documents within this specified timeframe will result in the rejection of candidature without any further opportunity for submission. Candidates who encounter technical problems during the upload process are instructed to report their issues within 48 hours from the deadline. Subject to verification of the reported issues, a limited extension may be granted at the discretion of the authorities.
