DSSSB PGT Commerce 2026 Results Announced: 113 Candidates Shortlisted for Next Stage

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has officially released the results for the Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Commerce examination conducted under Post Code 810/23. This announcement marks a significant milestone in the recruitment process for 22 teaching vacancies across the Directorate of Education, GNCTD, and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).

Examination Details and Candidate Participation

The online examination was held on 28th and 29th July 2025, attracting a total of 3,896 candidates who appeared for the written test. The board has now uploaded the scores of all participants on the Online Application and Recruitment System (OARS) module, accessible through the official DSSSB portal. Candidates can log in at www.dsssbonline.nic.in to view their individual results and performance metrics.

Provisional Shortlisting Based on Merit

Based on the written examination performance, 113 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted to proceed to the next critical phase: the uploading of e-dossiers. The shortlisted candidates are distributed as follows:

  • Male Candidates: 56 shortlisted (UR-20, EWS-10, OBC-08, SC-10, ST-05, PwBD-03)
  • Female Candidates: 57 shortlisted (UR-20, EWS-10, OBC-08, SC-05, ST-10, PwBD-04)

Shortlisted individuals are required to upload essential documents, including educational certificates, professional qualifications, caste certificates, disability certificates (if applicable), and the first page of their admit card signed by the invigilator. This step is mandatory to validate their candidature for further selection stages.

Cut-Off Marks for E-Dossier Submission

The board has specified the minimum cut-off marks for shortlisted candidates, calculated out of a total of 300 marks. These vary by category and gender:

  • Male Candidates: Cut-off ranges from 187.50 to 220.19, depending on the reservation category.
  • Female Candidates: Cut-off ranges from 98.06 to 231.39, based on category specifications.

It is important to note that these minimum qualifying marks apply exclusively to Section-B of the Tier-I examination. For the final merit list preparation, the aggregate marks from both Sections A and B will be considered, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidate performance.

Guidelines and Timeline for E-Dossier Upload

The e-dossier upload portal will be operational from 13th March to 27th March 2026. Candidates must adhere to the following guidelines to avoid disqualification:

  1. Upload all required documents within the stipulated time period. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of candidature.
  2. Exercise post preference with utmost care, as this selection is final and irreversible once submitted.
  3. In case of technical issues during upload, contact the helpdesk at helpdesk-dsssb@delhi.gov.in within 48 hours for assistance.

Final Selection Process and Allocation

The final allocation of departments will be conducted on a merit-cum-preference basis. Once a department is allocated to a candidate, no changes will be permitted. DSSSB reserves the right to rectify any errors or omissions that may occur during the selection procedure to maintain transparency and fairness.

To facilitate smooth communication, short messages and emails will be sent to shortlisted candidates, providing easy access to updates and information on the DSSSB and OARS websites. Candidates are advised to regularly check these platforms for official notifications and further instructions.
