Jharkhand Academic Council Adjusts Exam Calendar for Urban Local Body Elections
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced significant changes to its examination schedule for the current academic session. The JAC has also made changes to the schedules for Class 8, 9, and 11 examinations. The Class 8 board exam, previously planned for February 24, has been moved to March 2. Admit cards for this examination will be available on the JAC's official website starting February 20, providing students with ample time to prepare and download their documents.
For Class 9, the examinations have been rescheduled to March 6 and 7. Initially, these exams were slated for February 28 and March 2. Admit cards for Class 9 will be accessible on the JAC website from February 24, ensuring a smooth process for students to obtain their necessary credentials.
Similarly, the Class 11 examinations have undergone adjustments. Originally planned to take place between February 25 and February 27, the schedule has been modified due to the counting of votes scheduled for February 27. The new dates for Class 11 exams are now February 25, 26, and 28, allowing for a seamless continuation of academic assessments without interference from the electoral proceedings.
