The actor purchased the unit within Navroz Apartments, located in the Navroze Premises Co-operative Society in Bandra. The flat boasts an impressive carpet area of 2,989.05 square feet and was acquired from seller Kapil M Mahtani. As part of the deal, Khatter paid a substantial stamp duty fee of ₹1.76 crore.
The purchase agreement includes provisions for four dedicated parking slots, adding to the property's premium amenities. This acquisition represents a major milestone in the young actor's burgeoning career and personal portfolio.
