The book, titled Modi's First Term: A Philatelic and Numismatic Journey, was compiled by collector and author Mrityunjay Bose. It features high-resolution images and descriptions of all commemorative stamps, special coins, and banknotes issued during that period. According to Bose, the book aims to preserve the historical significance of these items.

Key Highlights of the Publication

Among the items featured are the 2015 stamp series on the International Day of Yoga, the 2016 coin set for the 350th anniversary of the birth of Guru Gobind Singh, and the 2017 banknote series featuring the new Rs 200 and Rs 50 denominations. The book also includes stamps honoring Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary and the 2019 coin marking the inauguration of the Statue of Unity.

Bose noted that the book contains over 200 pages and includes contributions from several philatelic experts. "This book is a tribute to the rich cultural and historical legacy captured through these official releases," he said.
