Neil Bhatt, who portrays a secret agent and father of two in the television show "Mr. and Mrs. Parshuram," recently shared insights into his experience working with child actors and the responsibility he feels towards them on set.
Guiding Young Talent
In an interview with IANS, Neil emphasized the importance of guiding child actors properly to navigate the entertainment industry. He stressed that young actors need proper guidance to understand the workings of the industry and grow with the right values and discipline.
The actor, known for his role in "Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin," also spoke about the lessons he has learned while playing a father and shared details about his bond with his on-screen children in the show.
Father's Day Reflections
Neil shared, "Father's Day always reminds me of the quiet strength, patience, and unconditional love that fathers bring into our lives. Playing a father in Mr. and Mrs. Parshuram has given me a deeper appreciation for that role. Sharing screen space with my on-screen children, Raanav and Mahi, has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Their innocence, honesty, and boundless energy are a constant reminder that children value your presence more than anything else. Through our scenes together, I've realized how important it is to be patient, attentive, and fully present in the moment."
He added, "Also, how it’s said that children who grow up in the industry usually mature early. I want to make sure that children who I work with get to learn the correct way to deal with the industry. In many ways, this experience has also made me reflect on my own father and appreciate the countless sacrifices and life lessons that often go unnoticed when we're growing up. Today, I value those memories and teachings more than ever."
Action Sequences in Manali
Neil also spoke about his experience shooting a crucial action sequence on snow-covered rocky ground in Manali. He shared, "For me, the most memorable moments from the Manali schedule was shooting the action sequence. I had to do the action sequence on rocky terrain covered in snow. The rocks were extremely slippery. There were times when I almost lost my balance, especially during the scenes where I had to run and perform action scenes. It definitely made the sequence challenging. Beyond the shoot, we made the most of our time exploring nearby spots, visiting the beautiful waterfalls in Sissu, traveling to Rohtang Pass, and enjoying local street food. It felt less like work and more like a vacation with the entire Parshuram family."
Real-Life Fatherhood
In the show, Neil plays a father to kids Raanav and Mahi. In real life, Neil, who is married to actress Aishwarya Sharma, is yet to embrace fatherhood.
